Rentals

If you plan to rent out your home, you will need to comply with the Rules and Regulations for Dwelling Unit Rentals. As of July 1, 2007, the Village of Bolingbrook has adopted a Good Neighbor Rent/Lease Program Click Here for more info. All homeowners will need a Paid Assessment letter before receiving a license from the Village.

Selling Your Home

When you go to sell your home, please contact the property manager at least 30 days prior to closing. They will be able to provide you will the information and documents you will need.  You will also need to fill out Exhibit D below.

Budget Information

Budget information will not be posted to this website. A copy is mailed to each homeowner on a yearly basis. If you have not received a copy, you will need to put your request in writing to our property manager, David Kress, Park Managment & Realty, 7030 Centennial Dr, Tinley Park, IL 60477
