TAKE A BITE OUT OF CRIME!
Due to some events that have happened in the Somerfield Subdivision in prior years, your neighbors have coordinated a NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH GROUP in cooperation with the Bolingbrook Police Department.
Since these incidents, residents realized that crime could happen in any area and at any time. It's foolish to rely solely on the police to help us when crime strikes our subdivision. According to the Bolingbrook Police Department, Somerfield has one of the most successful Watch Groups in the Village thanks to our watchful caring members!
If you would like to become a member of our Neighborhood Watch Group,
, fill out the form and fax back to Donna Hahn at 866-844-6325. You can also send an
email
and be sure to include your name, phone number and address and your block captain will add you to their alert list.

By becoming a member of the neighborhood watch group you will become an important part of our successful network and have email alerts sent right to your personal email.
When "Alerts" are sent out, a banner will scroll across the home page and the details will be posted on the Alert Page, so be sure to check back often!

VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY RADIO WATCH
What is Volunteer Community Radio Watch?
Volunteer Community Radio Watch (VCRW) is a highly effective volunteer organization that incorporates the expertise of volunteers with the detection and prevention of crime - primarily through patrols and surveillance work.
VCRW provides "extra eyes and ears" by setting up a radio network of volunteers who monitor situations from inside their vehicles. At the first sign of criminal activity, the volunteers remain "in the background" and the police are called in.
